Dad & Aunt Jane- they have passed on & I miss them bunches! Uncle Eddie, Mom, my Sister, and even my sons. I thank the Lord & Lady 4 the blessing of such a wonderful family!
I have found myself spending more time at Yahoo 360 or Multiply. I'm hardly ever here anymore, however I will check in from time to time. BUT if you would like to stay in touch via Yahoo 360 and/or Multiply I can be found under the same name...keltikmystique.
Hi All! It's been a couple of weeks....things have been crazy around here. My oldest son and my daughter-in-law are expecting their second child. She has had nothing but probs almost from day one...bleeding, cramping, back pain, contractions....AND PREMATURE LABOR earlier in the month. She is on meds to ensure she does not go into premature labor again. She now has appx 4 more weeks to go and having to wear a maternity belt because she has such a small frame. The Doc is hoping it will not only support her growing tummy, but also relieve some pain as well. They are having a boy this go round....a Virgo; his name is Kaden (pronounced kaYden), and little Becca will be a big sister any day now. She herself is 17 months old now. I have attached a current pic of her and "Unca Dew" (my youngest son Drew).
Drew has recently broke his knee and we are waiting to get an MRI done to see what kind of damage he has. Poor kid is in crutches and a knee brace. He has not quite got the hang of them yet and is really wobbly; he actually fell twice yesterday. I had to go to the school and make arrangements to have students helping him carry his books and lunch tray throughout the day until he is off the crutches. I feel so bad for him!
This beauty greeted us at the door last night. I have never seen a moth like this before; his wing span was about 6 inches wide, and he had markings like a butterfly. He was amazing! Has anyone ever seen a moth like this? Do you know what kind of moth he is?
Would appreciate prayers for my daughter-in-law and baby. She is now 32 weeks pregnant and having hell. Britt has been in the hospital 3 times in the past 30 days with severe back pain, bleeding, and some contractions.
Today was #4. I got home from work and was greeted by my one yr old grandaughter and news that Britt was in the hospital AGAIN.
My son called minutes later to tell us Britt was in labor and the nurse was giving her shots to stop it. Her contractions were ten minutes apart.
Ofcourse I went right to the hospital and ended up crying right along with Britt. I was there when the nurse administered a second shot. In about 30 minutes the contractions became less frequent and weaker, and they sent her home still in tears with back pain and a perscription for pills to keep the labor at bay. The baby will be at risk until she is 36 wks along. We are praying she can hold out at least 3 1/2 more weeks.
Please help us pray for Brittanie and baby Kaden (Kayden)
Well, I got my copy in the mail Sat afternoon and finished it Sun evening. I could not stop reading it! I won't spoil it for anyone that is still reading it, but I'll say I loved it! JK did a wonderful job wrapping up her tail of Harry Potter. But alas, I am sad to close the final chapter of this story. I can't believe it is over. Sigh. Well, on a happier note, we still have 2 more movies to look forward to, and I can't wait!
Good to hear from you! Looks like we are both anxious nanas in waiting. My middle gal is going in to the hospital in the morning to be induced. She was high risk for quite a while, had labor start several times way too early. Now that she is to term and weight is over 5lbs Abigail will make her appearance tomorrow. Will be lighting a candle for you as well!
